- If your UserID is an Email address, please click here
- If your UserID is NOT an Email Address, your Program Administrator can lookup your account and reset your password.
- If your Program Administrator is not available, please send us an email at support@medtraining.org. Please include your full name, and facility name. We will reply to your email with your login information.
